Our client, based in Rotterdam, specializes in air technology installations within utility, renovation and new-build projects. They are known for quality, clear communication and reliable cooperation. For multiple projects in the North Holland region, we are looking for an independent Air Duct Project Manager to lead teams and ensure project quality.
About the position
As an Air Duct Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing installation teams. You ensure that work is carried out according to planning, safety regulations and technical specifications. You read and interpret technical drawings, prepare work instructions and handle air duct and material orders. You monitor progress and quality and act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved.
What we ask of you
- Experience as a project manager or site supervisor in air ducting/ventilation
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience supervising and checking installation teams
- Ability to manage air duct and material orders
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer
- Strong command of the English language
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Driving licence B and willingness to visit projects in North Holland
